Sliding Doors | Custom Sliding Window-Wall Door Systems, Door Automation
Sliding door window-wall systems can either be pocketing or stacking.
Pocketing sliding doors disappear completely into a wall pocket when fully opened. Pocket sliding window walls provide completely unobstructed openings, but require more planning to provide a pocket to receive all of the door panels.
Stacking sliding door systems still provide a large opening, but the doors will always be visible without a pocket to hide them. The only width limitation on either type of sliding window wall is that of the structural capacity of the building and of the wall to provide appropriate sized pockets or space for stacking doors.
