The unveiling of new Urban Hive murals by artists Sunya Whitelight, Fache DesRochers, Travis Cuellar, Melissa Arendt, Lily Therens, and Angelina Sorokin. There will also be a gallery takeover by artist Raphael Delgado for the whole month of August.
Never spray painted before? Have fun testing out your possible new skills in our outdoor “Try spray painting for the first time” area. Have you also never tried DJing? Come play with our “Try scratching on Vinyl” DJ station, too!
We’ll have music by Skratchpad Sacramento lead by Christopher Jaime (DJ Nocturnal).
There will be food trucks, a cash bar, marketplace with local artists/vendors, and a raffle drawing for prizes (including a ThumpCase!).
Portions of the proceeds will be donated to Art Beast.
